We LOVE the Sharpie® brand. I cannot tell you how many packages we’ve acquired over the years, and for how many uses we’ve made them good for… from drawing elaborate drawings on paper and temporary tattoos on skin, to marking aluminum foil for foods stored in the freezer. We’ve used Sharpie® Fine Points, Sharpie® Extra Fine, Sharpie® markers that hang from keychains, Sharpie® pens, Retractable Sharpie® markers, and many more. Sharpie® markers are limitless!

Our daughter loves photography — she has an array of cameras, from film to DSLRs. But she has never had her own full size tripod. When the opportunity arose for us to receive the Vanguard AV tripod, we were very excited.

Book Review: The Entitlement TrapDeciding what children are entitled to versus what they should feel responsibly for — it’s a difficult topic for most parents and families. most kids value stuff and “want it now.” From grandparents spoiling their grandchildren, to friends who constantly brag about all the things they receive, it’s definitely a difficult task to help children gain a sense of self-esteem, self-ownership, self-sufficiency, and a general understanding of how the world works.

Dora the Explorer MagazineIt’s been quite a few years since the children’s show, Dora the Explorer was watched on a television in our home. But when our child was young, she couldn’t get enough of Dora and her friends. I personally liked the little Spanish lessons that were contained in each episode, and I’m sure my child didn’t know she was actually learning something. :)
