We would like to review the download times for our Premium Checklist downloads. Each link is set to a 2 hour expiry time. This time begins when your order is placed, and expires 2 hours later. After you place your order, we ask that you immediately download your checklists because of this 2-hour window.

When purchasing a Premium Checklist from PrintableChecklists.com, most oftenly the transaction is a smooth one. Unfortunately, there may be that rare occasion when you may not receive your download links or your download email. There are numerous reasons why this may happen (Internet traffic, your browser security settings, purchase problems, glitches, etc.).  On these rare occasions, please do not worry about the expiration times. We ask that you contact us so we can send you your checklist via email. Checklist purchases that we send you after you contact us, will not include an expiry time, so there is no need to worry about being around to answer your email in time.  We have a prompt response time to your email and will usually respond within one day (most of the time it will be the same day, and many times shortly after your purchase).
