Ovusoft System Requirements A PC running Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME or NT/2000/XP, with a minimum of 64 MB of memory (128 MB if running Windows XP) and 30 MB of free disk space. How do I track my Basal Body Temperature? This software is based upon a scientific method of fertility prediction, Natural Family Planning (NFP), which relies on a few telltale symptoms in a woman's body to determine her current fertility level. For this brief description, you will be concerned with just two of them: menstruation and body temperature. Using these symptoms, Natural Family Planning methods can predict with 97 - 99% accuracy when a woman is infertile. By restricting your sexual relations to these infertile periods, you are able to prevent pregnancy. NFP can also accurately predict when a woman is fertile, although to a lesser degree of reliability.
